Our young parishioners have told us they’d like place to come together with their peers. That’s why we’re now creating a St Kevin’s Youth Network and are calling for teen parishioners to get involved.
Come to our inaugural SKYNetwork Social
On 14 December, we’ll be hosting our inaugural SKYNetwork meet and greet. Youth aged from 14 years are welcome to join us after mass which starts at 6pm. Parents are also welcome to come and meet Fr Martin and the small group of parish volunteers that are helping to lead SKYNetwork. Refreshments will be provided.
Step up and be part of the St Kevin’s Youth Network Leadership Team
If you want to develop your leadership skills, are creative and keen to make a difference in your community, then consider joining our first ever St Kevin’s Youth Network Leadership Team (SKY Network LT). The SKYNetwork LT will be responsible for:
- Developing ideas to engage with our parish community
- Looking for ways to support those less fortunate such as Brekky Van
- Organising events
- Creating a Facebook page and assisting with ongoing management
- Devising an overall community engagement plan and implementing it.
